Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar I have gone through your query.

It is a homeopathic preparation. Yes, you can take 2-4 tablets, 4 times a day (comes out to be 8-16 tabs per day).

I would rather suggest that you also take allopathic treatment. Before advising on that I would like to gather more information regarding:

-The duration of hair fall?
-The pattern of hair loss?Is it more from the front and top of the scalp? Is it associated with receding hair line?
-Any family history of baldness?
-Any preceding medical illness within the past 3-6 months?
-The number of hair that you lose per day? is it 100?
-Do you also suffer from dandruff?

If possible kindly upload a few representative photographs which would give me a better idea regarding the extent and pattern of hair loss

Regards

Brief Answer:
Possibility of androgenetic alopecia, upload pics

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Since you have a gradually progressive hair fall since last 4 years, I can think of a likely possibility of Androgenetic Alopecia.

Androgenetic alopecia is in fact the commonest type of hair loss in males and by the age of 30 almost 30% of males have varying grades of androgenetic alpecia

By pattern I mean whether you notice any particular pattern of hair loss on the scalp?e.g in androgenetic alopecia hair thinning is mainly from the angles of the anterior hair line which get wider and deeper, from the centre part/top of the scalp and it is usually associated with gradually receding anterior hair line. Therefore there is a pattern to hair loss in Androgenetic alopecia, it is not diffuse.

For Androgenetic alopecia there is specific treatment i.e minoxidil and finasteride.

I can advice you better if you can upload a picture depicting the severity and pattern of hair loss.

Regards
