Levothyroxine 0.2 mg is the same as 200 mcg, and is the highest of these three doses. Lower than this is the 0.175 mg ie the 175 mcg dose.
Levothyroxine 0.1 mg ie 100 mcg is the lowest of these three doses.

I see above that you have written 0.100 mg
This is not incorrect but general convention in medical circles is to avoid the trailing zeroes after the decimal to avoid confusion. So it is written as 0.1 mg

Many endocrinologists prefer to write out doses in mcg to avoid the decimal point use. So the practice is to write 100, 175 or 200 mcg
