Question: I have lose motions- watery. Twice or thrice daily. Can I take Cifran CT 500? What should be the dosage? How long should I continue?

Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
You can take Ciftran CT 500 twice daily for 5 days along with XXXXXXX sporolac or any probiotic thrice daily for 3 days, or you can consume yoghurt thrice daily for bthree days instead of probiotic.
Take bland food like poridge or rice with dal for three days avoid coffee and spicy food and drink plenty of fluids like juices, tender coconut water etc.
