Question: Hello Doctor... My baby is now 4 weeks... in 6 weeks vaccination I confused whether to go for painful or painless vaccination... are both vaccination equally effective ... please suggest which one to take

If you go by my suggestion, I would insist you to go for the painful vaccine (DTwP) and not the so called painless variety (DTaP). Although both are effective, the former is more immunogenic (more effect, more reaction like fever).
