Brief Answer:
Warm saline gargle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
You may be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.
It is sad that you can not tolerate antibiotics, but you can try following,
1. warm saline gargle.
2.Tab acetaminophen sos for fever
3. some antiallergics like benadryl.
4.Plenty of fluid.
5.Rest
If you do not improve in about 46 hours you may have to take antibiotics which ever suits you fine.
Hope I have answered your query.
If any thing else you are welcome.
Good luck.
