Question: Having a yellow discharge near around anal fissure skin tag, having sitz bath and anorelief cream but no help, it's been more than 10 day's . There is no pain and it doesn't seems like puss as i have tried pressing the tags nothing comes out. Kindly suggest what to do, it's really frustrating, skin sticks to undergarments.

This yellow colored fluid is pus(infected pus).
Yellow color is suggestive of infection.
I would suggest you to get a culture and sensitivity test done to find out sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics and take antibiotic accordingly for 7 days to stop any infection.
Yellow color signifies that fighter cells of body are unable to fight bacteria.
Also clean the area twice daily by using Betadine/Poviodine solution.
