Question: What is the average life span of a 72 yr old man with glioblastoma? Diagnosed in November 2013 after a severe and prolonged seizure. Has had temador. Not effective. Now undergoing Avastin and Irinotecan? Surgery and biopsy were not advised due to risks tumor is located above the left ear

It all depends upon the grade of the tumor.
In high grade the mean survival is one year. In low grade it can be upto three years.
But as here the biopsy was not done, so we don't know the grade of the tumor.
