Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Neurosis and personality disorders are two different things.
Symptoms and management of both these disease processes differs.
Insomnia. headache and high blood pressure may be related to each other.
Insomnia will lead to headache and high blood pressure can also lead to headache.
All the conditions have to be managed separately.
High blood pressure is managed by anti-hypertensives.

Brief Answer:
Personality disorder-exaggeration of normal traits

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,

I will be explaining you in simple words regarding the disorders that you have mentioned.
Personality disorders are actually exaggeration of normal human traits.
A person is said to have Narcissistic personality disorder when he/she is self centered and feels whatever he/she does in right and whatever other do is incorrect and others are inferior to him/her.
A person is said to have Hysterical personality disorder when he/she behaves in hysterical or abnormal manner trying to attract attention of other people.
Hysterical neurosis or paralysis is psychiatric disorder which is hysterical or which does not have any organic cause.
Chronic sleep deprivation is lack of sleep which is can occur due to multiple causes.
High pressure is disease of blood vessels but it can ultimately lead to heart disease if not controlled well in time.
Diabetes is not caused by hypertension or heart disease but when accompanied by these disorders, the rate of complications is very high.

I hope your queries are answered.

Thanks and take care
