Brief Answer:
Need clarification...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

"It is a cut on the lining hidden by buttocks." - Did you mean it is located in between the two buttock groove / 'butt crack' or it appears as a cut / broken skin located in between two buttocks.
I would also like to know if it hurts, itches or burns?
How long since you noticed it?
Is there any kind of discharge from the wound?
Do you have history of diabetes?

Awaiting your response...

Hi Yes it is located in the two buttocks, I can see the skin is broken or the lining between two buttocks but it is behind anal opening. No usually it does not burn or itch.
It is been 4 months that I noticed it but I thought it would go away but it is not going away. Yes some discharge comes from the wound which smells nasty and I clean it everyday with Dettol Antiseptic liquid.
No I do not have any history of diabetes.

Brief Answer:
Post a photograpy if necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From your description, you have a wound like lesion located in the intergluteal cleft (groove between the two buttocks) close to and behind the anal opening (NOT INSIDE the anal opening). I am still not sure if it hurts when you touch it or sit on it. You also notice the wound is discharging a foul smelling substance every day.

If this description is wrong, and if you are ok, please post a photograph of the affected region.

I will respond to your concern after your confirmation. Please specify if it hurts to touch or when you sit on it.

Regards

Hi

You are right about the description. It does not hurt if I sit on it or touch it. Rest you are right about everything. Also, I am unable to upload any photo, please guide me as how to do that or you can diagnose as per the above

I tried to click a photo of the same but I am unable to do so, if you can fix an appointment I can show you in the clinic.

What can it be ? I do not know what it is

Brief Answer:
Cyst / sinus...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From this description, the closest possibility that I could think of is pilonidal sinus / cyst.

In individuals with desk job and drivers who sit for long time, skin debris as well as hair follicles in the intergluteal region get stranded and form a cyst. It sometimes ruptures to resolve. But in few individuals it becomes infected to form abscess. Or unresolved cysts with constant discharge turns into a sinus.

I do not intend to mean you are dealing with this problem. This is the most closest possibility that I can think off.

You need not be worried. It is a treatable condition. You need to visit a surgeon who after careful examination can confirm the condition. You might be started on a course of antibiotic and medications. If necessary he might consider a minor surgical procedure to rectify the problem.

So plan for an appointment with a surgeon nearby.

Hope this addresses your concern. Let me know if you need clarifications.
