Brief Answer:
I suggest PRP with Hyaluronic acid filler; TCA is not good choice for you

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query in detail and I have noted down your concern.

PRP Or Platelet Rich Plasma treatment is based on immense tissue regenerative and tissue stimulating properties of various growth factors that are derived from human platelets like PDGF (Platelet derived growth factor), VEGF (Vascular Endothelial growth factor), FGF (Fibroblast growth factor), EGF (Epidermal growth factor), TGF-Beta (Transforming growth factor - beta) etc. Platelet rich plasma is prepared by centrifuging whole blood from humans and discarding the rbc fraction. What remains is the Platelet rich plasma(PRP) which is available for injection.

TCA Crystals Or Tri chloro acetic acid crystals is basically a chemical which is used to peel skin for removing fine wrinkles, scars etc. I would not suggest TCA peel for your concern. The gap which you have on glabella is deep and TCA wont do much.

In my view, PRP in addition to Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers would be effective in filling the gap. PRP and Filler can be premixed in a syringe and injected into the gap. Filler would act as a scaffolding for new tissue that is deposited in response to PRP. It would certainly be more effective and long lasting than a filler alone because PRP would induce synthesis of new collagen and other constituents in dermis and the filler would act as a scaffolding for this newly synthesized tissue.

You require just 1 sitting to see the improvement and the results would be long lasting. Another sitting may be repeated after a longish time, if required.
An HA filler if injected alone need to be repeated at 6-8 months but combining a filler with PRP would have very long lasting if not permanent effects. This is very promising modalilty when combined together. Therefore, worth a trial.

Procedure cost would be approximately 5k for PRP and 10k for filler i.e total 15k approximately.
