Thanks for your response. I have undergone all the tests required but everything seems to be normal. Ovulation occurs in the mid cycle but i still dont concieve. My question is Is it possible that even if ovulation occurs, chances of fertility is quite low becoz as per the reports i ovulate every month almost but still i dont concieve
Brief Answer:
Yes! It is quite possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to see you again.
Yes! it is possible that you may not concieve while you are ovulating regularly.
There are so many other factors which also plays a important role.
First and foremost important thing is - Is your husband semen analysis also normal?
Other important factor is that whether you are doing sex in your most fertile days or not?
I think this is a useful information to you, if you have further query, happy to help you.
Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. Semen analysis is ok as per my doc. We generally do it in my fertile days. I read somewhere that if sperms are injected after ovulation they are not used in fertilization. Sperms generally stay live in tube for around 5 days and first ovulation occurs only then fertilization takes place. Is it true? Also please tell if my LMP was 11th of August, which are my most fertile days?
Brief Answer:
Yes! It is true.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to see you again.
Yes! fertilization only occurs after ovulation because ova can survive for 24-48 hrs after ovulation.
In my opinion if I assume that your cycle is of 28 days then your most fertile period fall between 8 th day -19 th day of your cycle means between 19th august- 30 th august.
I think I have answered your query if you have further question I will be happy to answer it.
Good luck.
