Question: What s niacinamide good for? How much can one take per day? Is it O.K. to take 1500 mg/day? I have a lot of stress.

Hi,

Niacinamide is vitamin B3 preparation... It has helping actions for skin health, metal health & digestive health, when taken in suitable dose.
Normal need without symptoms of Pellagra ( Vitamin B3 deficiency ) for male is 16 mg per day while female need 14 mg per day of the vitamin.

In case of deficiency in an adult, it can be raised up to 500 - 600 mg daily according to specific need & the dose is decided to higher side by treating expert.
The maximum recommended dose , if exceeded without treating doctor's advise is having poisonous side effects on skin, digestion, fainting, irregular heart beats, gout, peptic ulcer & may exceed to feeling like passing out'.
