Brief Answer:
Aphasia - please go in to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms. XXXX,

If this problem with difficulty talking just started, it may be an evolving stroke. Please go to the emergency room to have this evaluated. Do you have anyone who can take you? If not, please call an ambulance.

What you are describing is called aphasia, and can be due to a stroke, head injury, or tumor. So this is something to get evaluated now, because if it is a stroke, being diagnosed and treated as soon as possible can prevent long term problems. So please go in to be seen now.
