Brief Answer:
Probably normal changes of ageing

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. With ageing and post menopause, there is decreased or no estrogen hormone in the body. Estrogen is secreted mainly by ovaries, and as ovaries stop their function after menopause, the level of estrogen greatly decreases. Estrogen is responsible for maintaining the good blood supply to the genital organs and its mucosa( lining) and is responsible for its pink colour. Estrogen deficiency also leads to the atrophy of the skin of the genital area, as it does throughout the body.
Decreased blood supply and atrophy of skin is responsible for the genital are to turn a little whitish in colour.
However, if is abnormally white, then it may be due to pathological conditions like leucoplakia or lichen sclerosis, both conditions are common in post menopausal females.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist if you feel that the genital are is abnormally white, get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.

Wishing you good health.
