Question: My wife is pregnant. She is having spotting. It is her 2.5 months. Doc suggested for Lupi-5000IU. Can her pregnancy be continued. I want it to be continued. My email is YYYY@YYYY . Her USG report says irregular Gestational SAC empty, Just bulky in size. Follow up scan after 15 days.

At 2.5 months the spotting with an irregular empty gestational sac is suggestive of a missed abortion. Taking Lupigest injection will not help her. There is no development of the fetus inside. It is useless to continue this pregnancy. The baby will not grow. You can only wait for the spontaneous bleeding to start in next 4-5 days.
The sac is likely to be expelled spontaneously. Better luck next time.
