Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

Here are a few things which i would like you to make clear,
1) Blood in urine needs to be checked for it's source.
2) Source can be a simple inflammation , infection to something dangerous like bladder tumor , or a kidney stone.
3) There are a few simple tests which can detect the source of blood to indeed you need to get the tests done.
4) Tests are mostly non invasive or at maximum minimally invasive cystoscopy in which a camera wire will be sent to bladder through urethra to see what's in there.
5) Urothelial cells and benign columnar cells can be from any polyp or mild cancerous outgrowth in bladder or urethra , I am telling these things for your knowledge so that you are well informed when you meet your doctor.

It might be simple infection or a stone and it might be something complicated, the tests run to detect what it is are really simple so I would recommend you to see your urologist as soon as possible and discuss about the suggested diagnostic options and what differentials he has in his mind and what can be treatment options.

I would suggest you not to panic and follow this things till it gets diagnosed I am quite positive that everything will end up great.
Have a blessed weekend.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.

Regards,

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.

Yes just needs simple work up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am glad that you understood what i said,
It might just be nothing but needs work up to see what it is so that something can be done about the source of blood and sloughed off cells.

Have a great and safe weekend I hope your tests come back negative for anything serious.
Stay blessed.
Regards.
