Brief Answer:
Your symptoms may be due to UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

You symptoms may be due to urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by excess number of pus cells in urine.
You are getting right treatment.
You should drink lot of water and take antibiotics regularly.

For chlamydia and gonorrhea testing, two methods are practiced(one is urine testing and another is sample taken from urethra or cervix by cotton swab).

Most urine testing work by looking for bacterial DNA using a process called LCR (ligase chain reaction) or other DNA amplification techniques.

However, the gold standard for diagnosing chlamydia and gonorrhea is direct testing of specimens from the cervix or urethra using bacterial culture and gram stain.
