Brief Answer:
Normal delivery likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cephalic presentation of the fetus, with lateral spine is favorable for a normal delivery.
However, other factors like pelvis size and dimensions should also be appropriate for the normal delivery to occur.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
