Question: dimensions of uterus: 98 x 73 x 53 mm,endometrial thickness: 07 mm, TVS Bulky uterus. PV bleeding since 1 month.

Laparascopic hysterectomy recommended.

There is no need of hysterectomy so soon without proper diagnosis and medical treatment.
In my opinion you need an endometrial biopsy first and then cyclical progesterone or oral pills.
