Brief Answer:
Not a serious concern recommended follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to uss.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. A well defined hypoechoic 6.5 x 3.5 mm in the breast is likely to be a cyst or fibroadenoma. Both conditions are benign. However please discuss with your doctor and follow up.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
