Question: I would like to know whether my rapid progressive motility is normal or should i take any medication and an over all analysis of my report

Thank you for the quick reply,the local doctor here told that the rapid progression should be 70% and my current report has 40%,because of this i wanted to take a second opinion.
Could you elaborate a bit on why this divided opinion among you doctors.

The parameters actually vary according to different national guidelines. And previously, the world health organisation or WHO guidelines were around 70% as you have said. Now, the guidelines have undergone some modifications and your report satisfies the newer criteria.
Also, I would like to add that only a single criteria cannot be decisive. Sperms are found to be effective even if some criteria are not matched. I suggest you to go ahead and this is unlikely to cause problem.
