Question: Hi

My partner has had sperm test done. Can you tell me if he should see an urologist to improve the situation.

I have listed his results below.

TEST - MAY 14

Volume - 3 ml
Count - 18m/ml
Mortality - 68%
Morphology - 2% (kruger)
Progression - 2
Anti sperm antibodies - negative
Agglutination - negative.


TEST 2 - OCTOBER 14

Volume -2 ml
Count - 10 m/ml
Mortality - 72%
Morphology - 4% (kruger)
Progression 2-3
Anti sperm antibodies - negative
Agglutination - 10%

Hi

1. There are two reports here. The count, progressive motilityand morphology of them seem to be on lower side.

2. It is better if he consults urologist and get himself tested.

3. This could be also age related and chances of improvement are lesser. Still try with urologist opinion after examination.

4. Considering age of you I suggest go ahead with ICSI soon.
