Question: had liver sonogram please read what have i tried please tell me what this all means

I've read your report and although I cannot be absolutely certain about the hypoechoic area. Such areas are common in fatty liver disease. So the answer is that if the radiologist or your doctor considers the area suspicious, further diagnostic evaluation should be done with a CT scan or MRI.
Regarding the tiny polyp, this is 99,9% benign. The radiologists usually point out suspicious polyps. In cases like yours a repeat ultrasound scan after a few months would be appropriate to detect any changes.

the radiologist did not mention that area was suspicious by saying 2.2x 3.3x1.5 cm avascular hypoechoic ara anterior to the portal vein this is common location for sparing of fatty infiltration comparionson of this area if available is suggested if none is available ultrasound 6 month folow up does this mean suspiciousfor cancer?
