Question: Hi,
Sperm Count:46mill. motility:46%.immotile: 54%.Normal forms:5%. Liquidation:2Hours.
I am worried will I become father. Not able to concentrate anything. Please advise!

my semen liquidation time is 2 hours. doctors have asked us to go for IU. please advise do it actually require.

Hi,

Please repeat semen analysis. If liquefaction time is still high (which is unlikely) Get semen culture and sensitivity test done.

Increased liquefaction time is due to the infection of semen.

Semen culture and sensitivity test will help in identifying the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.
