Thanks for query ,
based on the report of your semen analysis that you have uploaded I would state that all the parameters of your semen like sperm count ,sperm motility and morphology of the sperms are normal compared to normal accepted range of WHO standards .
However presence of 10-12 pus cells and RBC strongly suggests infection either of Seminal Vesicle or Prostate which needs to be treated aggressively .
Get culture of your semen done to trace out the causative organisms and their antibiotic sensitivity pattern.
You need to take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report for 4-6 weeks .
Repeat semen analysis after completion of course of antibiotics .

How can I get the semen's culture? do I need to re do the analyses to get that?

Semen culture is a different test than semen analysis .
You have to collect the semen sample in a special tube called culture tube and collect semen sample in tube and give it in laboratory within 30 minutes after collection .
It takes 3-4 days to get the report .
