Question: my seminal examination Total count 25 millions/c.c , motile 18%, sluggish 40% , non motile 42%. so doctor advie to me Fertisure M, ccq25 for 3 months ... i did this lab 1 month before means 31/3/2016. i used 1 month tis tablets..n continoues... is there any possiblity conceive.

Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your semen analysis has revealed yor sperm count to be lower than WHO standards.(Oligospermia) and have been prescribed Fertisure for 3 months .

Truly speaking there are no medications proved scientifically effective to increase the sperm count .

Single reading of low sperm is not considered to diagnose infertility .It is the mean value of three consecutive readings of semen analysis done at one month interval before one is diagnosed to be infertile .

Repeat your semen analysis every month for three months.

You may continue medication prescribed by your Dr.

Following general measure will help to increase sperm count
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
