Brief Answer:
Healthy diet and repeat analysis needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for posting in the HCM.
You have mentioned report of semen analysis in the query section and attached the report of semen analysis in the report section. I think you want to know what is in the report and the necessary further action.

Now, as I can see in your report the volume is 2.0 ml. and fructose test is positive. Volume of 2.5 ml or more is considered absolutely normal. A volume below 1.6 ml is of definite worry. In your case the volume is a bit low, but not of that much worry. In addition the positive fructose test indicates the presence of fructose which is a good sign.

Thirdly, total sperm count is not mentioned. Preferably, it should be more than 40 million/ml. Count below 20 million/ml warrants repeat investigation and below 10 million/ml means a poor count and indication of male factor infertility.

Now, the sperm motility is good in your report.
Abnormal forms are only 10% which is good.
Only 0-1 pus cell is present with no RBCs, which is not of that much worry. Also Trichomonus is present which is a good because that means you don't have trichomonus infection.

Now, my understanding is a repeat test from another centre should be done after 2 weeks for comparing the result & getting more detailed information.

Now, you need to continue a few things to prevent infertility issues.
1. Continue healthy diet. Avoid smoking, alcohol, junk foods, carbonated beverages.
2. Daily exercise for at least 30 minutes.
3. avoid wearing tight undergarments and avoid wearing undergarments for longtime.
4. Avoid working long in hot climate.
5. Good oral hydration should be maintained.

For any further advice, I need to know the indication for which you were advised to have the investigation.

You can get back to me directly after having the repeat test done after 2 weeks. You may also consult a local gynecologist for further help.
