Brief Answer:
this is unlikely to cause problems

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Acitrom can prolong INR but usually gets normalised after few days of stopping. However this is only a minor prolongation of INR and unlikely to cause bleeding. The red spots are probably due to some other cause, maybe a skin problem per se.
To take care of the INR you can take a shot of vitamin k which will correct it.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer further followup queries, if any.

Thank you so much Dr. Indranil

So I don’t have to worry about it? Will this be normal after some time even if I don’t take any medicine??

and after my accident I quit going to the gym, would it be okay if i will start my exercises again??

I appreciate your advice. Thank you so much.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it should become normal after some time

Detailed Answer:
You can lead a normal life as far as possible. Surely you can start your exercises. But any contact sport should be avoided till INR becomes normal.

Of course, you should check with your treating physician/surgeon before commencing rigorous exercises.
