Brief Answer:
These are degenerative changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There is degenerative disc disease ( age related)in your spine . There is bulge at L3,L4 level and L4,L5 level. This along with posterior degenerative change leads to central spinal stenosis ( narrowing of central spinal canal containing spinal cord) L 4 vertebra shifted anteriorly as compared to L5 (anterolisthesis) . Similarly L5 is shifted posterity as compared to S1 (retrolisthesis)

Mainly these are age related ( degenerative) changes. Glucosamine, Diacerine, Mecobalamine and excercises are of help. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query is answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
