What Does This Liver Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: I received a medical findings report for a Liver Ultrasound. It states "The liver is normal in size, and heterogeneously hyper-echoic. An an-echoic 1.2x11x1.0 cyst is re-demonstrated within the medial left hepatic lobe. There are no solid hepatic masses identified. Hepatopedal blood flow is document in the main portal vein. The impression states "Fatty Liver". I understand diet and exercise is required to cure a fatty liver. Are any of the other items mentioned above a cause for concerns?

I read carefully your ultrasound report and I can say as follows:
1. You have fatty liver and it need healthy diet, loose weight , quit alcohol use and increase physical activity.
2. With regards to cyst found in your liver, there is nothing to be worried. It is a simple cyst and doesn't cause complications.
