Brief Answer:
Avoid sugary food

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You are having both obstetric cholestasis in which liver enzymes are deranged, and gestation diabetes mellitus in which the GTT is deranged. For obstetric cholestasis, udiliv is the correct treatment and you should restrict very high protein products like cheese, milk products.
For gestational diabetes mellitus, you should get a appropriate diet chart from a dietician, according to your weight and gestation age. It should include low sugar intake and sprouts, sattu, roasted grams etc.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Thank You for your reply,

Except sattu, roasted grams what else I can include in my food chart to rule out problems for cholestasis as I am already following Dietician's food chart from last four weeks for GTT. if you can provide me any more five items, my unborn baby will get the required nourishment.

Anticipating your reply,
your patient.

Brief Answer:
Food items mentioned

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, you should not apply much dietary restriction to yourself because it can lead to intrauterine growth restriction in fetus. Moreover, obstetric cholestasis do not require strict dietary restriction. It occurs due to the effect of progesterone hormone on liver, and hence cannot be treated by dietary restriction.
You can include following food items in your diet like:
1. Sprouts
2. Curd
3. Peanuts
4. Nuts
5. Broken wheat( dalia) in salted form.

Wishing you good health.

Thank you for your boosting up advice, for it is really difficult to choose what to eat and what not. My Sugar level in GTT test is just crossing the maximum like fasting 95 mg/Dl and after food is 125 to 133 mg/Dl. After controlled diet, regular monitoring shows all sugar levels within parametre.
Now you please guide me
(1) whether can I have fruits alternate day like a small piece of XXXXXXX or 2 - 4 pieces of Ripe Jackfruit or Half banana ?
(2) or weekly once or twice Mother's Horlics?
(3) or daily once D-protein at afternoon?
(4) Can I Have Two brown breads with 1/2 tsp Nutralite?
(5) Wheat pasta or semolina or rice in 1 Tsp oil etc..?

I also go for half an hour morning walk, so in small quantity can I have food that contain low oil(olive oil) and fruits with natural sugar?
Thank You.
