Question: Lungs Spiculated noncalcified perifissural/subpleural mass in the superior segment right lower lobe. Cyst in left hepatic lobe superiorly, what does that mean.

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of malignant lung mass is more likely in superior segment of right lower lobe.
Spiculated margins and absence of calcification favour Malignancy more.
So better to get done PET scan.
Cyst in left lobe of liver is mostly a simple benign cyst (accidental finding).
