What Does This Histopathology Report Indicate?

Question: One of my friend Male age 56 yrs has underwent surgery for Skull growth in 2006, histopathology says Beningn Fibro osseous Lesion of Skull Bone approx 5 x 4 Cm ( report attached) his doctor had advised him to take care of injury to the part and filing with Bone Graft in future, He dont have any complaints at present
Please suggest whether there will be any complications if re surgery not done or in future will he have issues or need to take further care and treatment
