Brief Answer:
Your findings may suggests low MCH.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your findings may suggests mildly decreased MCH.
Normal value of MCH is 27-33 picograms(pg)/cell in adults.
Low MCH may be due to anemia. It may be due to iron deficiency.

You may need peripheral smear of blood for proper assessment.
Empirically you can take iron and folic acid tablet supplementation.
Take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, eggs , meat, fish etc.

Urine specific gravity is normal. Its normal range is 1.002 and 1.030.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
