This is a clear picture from Microbiology dept that there is E.coli (most common cause of Urinary infection) is growing the urine and the growth is significant with more than a lakh colony units. The sensitivity report mentions that few antibiotics are still sensitive for this bacteria.
The best of the antibiotic seems to be Amikacin or Amox+Clavulanate. These are most commonly prescribed antibiotics which needs minimal dose to inhibit the growth of the bacteria.
