Question: Good Evening DOC.
MY RISK WAS ORAL SEX (SUCKING VEGINA ROUGHLY) for 20 minuts...IN THAILAND.......IN A PROF. MASSAGE CENTER..
3 TIME fully PROTECTED SEX /safely
I HAVE GOOD HEALTH

I WENT THE FALLOWING TEST-------in DR Lal Path Lab......
*34 day ----->3 rd gen -- anibody test ---------non reactive
*64 day/85 day/126 day/160 day ------> 4th gen CMIA COMBO (p24 ag+ ab)----- all the test non reactive
* 160 th day -------> VDRL rapid, HCV rapid ICT, HBV ag rapid ICT -----all non reactive

Q1. AM I 100% CLEAN OR NEED MORE TEST??????
Q2. As STDS concerned----am i100% clean from all STDs.
Q3. Doctor i gave samples on a collection center exclusive for DR lal lab in my town.......then they send it to another city and my result i dawnload from site of dr lal lab.
Q4. WHAT RELIABLITY OF THE LAB AND TYPE OF TESTS
Q5. only some mild sytom arise like heat rashes type rashes once( image attached), some mild weakness..........and now i am fit and healthy
Q5. AS MY RISK WAS ORAL SEX SHOULD I GO FOR ANY OTHER STD TEST OR FORGET THE CHAPTER????????????
Q6. HOW MUCH CONFIDENCE YOU HAVE ON MY RESULTS ACCURACY AND MY STATUS -- NEG OR DOUBT???????

I understand your concern. You had protected vaginal sex. Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV/STD.
1,2. You are 100% free from HIV/STD.
3,4.Lal PATH LAB IS HIGHLY RELIABLE. In most of the centers except in metro cities, it is being done like this and they are highly accepted. 4th generation Combo tests for HIV is very much conclusive.
5.Symptoms are totally unrelated to HIV/STDs. You can forget the incident confidently.No further test is necessary for you. If you want you can rule out HSV infection by test, When there is no related symptoms it is not a must.
6. With these multiple tests even after 3 months after the exposure, You are 100% safe from HIV.
7. Bronchitis can occur to anybody. Even for children!
Genital HPV infection (warts) have no blood test, But with protected sex it is quite unlikely.

Window period for HIV is 6-8 weeks and may be extended up to 12 weeks in normal individuals and never become positive after 6 months (in people on immunosuppressive drugs or were on PEP). 1 year or 2 years and all unauthenticated.
2. If it is nonreactive 3 months after the exposure then it is a final report.
3. There is nothing like late respondents, but non-progressor or elite controllers those who were not or late appearance of HIV symptoms.

5. Your mouth ulcers are not necessarily due to HIV. There are variety reasons for mouth ulcers. Consult a dental surgeon and a dermatologist and get well.
