i am XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX .i have some doubt about that is my mother 68 years old ..she have.proximal basilar artery stenosis approx80%
severe calcific aortic vale stenosis
diabetes mellitus
hypertension
next
neurology
right ICA : non significant stenosis of right ica origin'(30%)
right ECA : NORMAL
LEFT ECA : normal
left VA : Dominant'Diseased intracranial segment of vertebral artery <50%stenosis)
proximal basilar artery stenosis =70-80%
please tell me can do aorta valve replacement at these condition?plz help me
