Brief Answer:
Diabetes

Detailed Answer:
It is very likely you have diabetes.

You should go to the ER immediately.

The type of diabetes needs to be determined. Statistically, you are likely to have type 2 diabetes which is the most common form of diabetes worldwide. However a thorough evaluation is required to ascertain the type. this requires an in-person examination by an endocrinologist who will in addition consider ordering the following tests:

CBC
CMP
HbA1c
TSH
Bicarbonate
Serum Beta hydroxybutyrate
pH/ blood gases
Urine routine
And perhaps ECG/X ray

If you don't seem well on examination or the results of certain tests are abnormal , hospitalisation may be necessary.

You should go to the ER immediately
