I have gone through the reports and your wife has been diagnosed with OLGOHYDRAMNIOS and hence has been started on ARGIPREG, but the fact that umbilical artery resistance has been detected to be high indicates a possibility of decreased blood flow to the child either due to gestational hypertension or probably due to setting IUGR (Intrauterine growth retardation), hence you have been advised enoxaparin for 7 injections to maintain patchy and smooth blood flow and HERMIN injections are multivitamin injections to provide building nutrients to the growing foetus to compensate for decreased growth which may occur due to increases resistance flow.
So the treatment has been rightly advised and the main course of action would be follow up doppler scans 2 weekly from now.

One needs to be vigilant and baby's growth would have to be monitored on a 2 weekly basis to check for amniotic fluid levels and also the doppler resistance of umbilical artery. The weight gain would be an indicator along with foetal biometry especially the FL/AC ration would be indicative of a developing IUGR or growth retardation. Presently the situation is not grim and can be managed. Just that you need to have regular antenatal visit and follow up scans.
Sleeping over left side in left lateral position is advisable to avoid pressure over aorta and increase the uterine blood supply. Also ARG-9 satchets can be taken each day with milk and you may discuss the same with your obstetrician for prescription. Of course follow up scans would be necessary and daily foetal movement count should be religiously maintained and any decrease in foetal movements should be reported.
