What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: Good morning. I had a PA and lateral CXR performed yesterday. It was normal, with the exception of chronic, mild interstitial findings in the middle and lower lobes bilaterally. I am a non-smoker. I do have some exertional dyspnea. Do I need a HRCT? Should I see a pulmonologist first? Should I have PFTs prior to undergoing HRCT?
