Question: After a Chest Xray it showed that I had "Mild aortic tortuosity without cardiomegaly" exactly what is this?

This means exactly that the aortic arch is slightly more pronounced on chest x-ray. As long as you don't have enlarged heart (cardiomegali) you shouldn't worry since this is a common finding at your age. Please keep in mind that this isn't a disease and it won't cause any health problem.
