Please write clinical details & upload full report

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Discrete enlarged, small mediastinal/hilar nodes with hilar calcification may be due to many reasons like lung infection, exposure related to some occupational hazards etc.

It is important to know your symptoms. Only enlarged nodes in mediastinum need clinical correlation.

If there are signs of lung infection then proper antibiotics should be prescribed.

Please upload full CT Scan report for better interpretation and also write clinical details.

I have no symptoms, other than that my left rib cage was protruding since 2 years so I went to get the CT scan done. Is there anything I need to get fixed?

If you are asymptomatic then you don't need any things more to do.
Lymph nodes are associated with peripheral calcification,it shows its presence for long duration and its benign nature.
You don't worry.You are fine.
