What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi,
My blood test earlier today suggested that MPV is at 11.10 , MONO % at 6.4, and Creatinine level of 107.

Should I be concerned?
I have no symptoms of body weakness and I feel OK except for the fact that I have an infection which caused slightly enlarged lymph nodes under the right side of my chin and my right ear. I took Megamox antibiotic for 2 weeks ( dose of 2 pills, 1 mg, twice a day). I am currently on Brufen 400 thrice a day for 4 days based on the doctor's advice.

Hello dear. I have gone through the reports. So you have all reports normal except a mild elevated mpv, which is not a concern as we take borderline values as normal. Monocytes are elevated just because you have infection and they will be alright after the infection settles. Only area of concern is elevated creatinine. You should not take brufen as it will lead to kidney injury. Visit a nephrologist for opinion regarding elevated creatinine.

Thanks for your reply. Please note that the last creatinine check before this one took place in November 2015 where it was 82.00 ( normal range was set between 62-110). Other results related to Mono % and MPV percentage back then were at 4.99% and 10.5, respectively. I have three questions:

1. Do you believe the last readings of Mono %, MPV, and Creatinine are an indication of EPV?

2. Should I sun an EPV test?

3. What measures can be taken to lower my creatinine levels?

Just to mention that my height is 1.81 cm and I weigh 91 KGs.

I didnot get what do you mean by epv. Please elaborate. Drink plenty of fluids daily. Do not use any analgesics without doctors prescription. Visit a nephrologist to detect any early kidney disease.
