Question: I had previously spoken to an Orthopedic Dr on XXXXXXX 17th with regard to my hands. Terrific pain in the fingers, swelling, some redness and some while nails. He told me that the symptoms could Arthralgia and Low calicum and serum B-12. He suggested I get the fillowing Blood Work: ESR, CRP and RA Factor. Blood calcium and serum B-12.
I have completed the Blood work as suggested and are ready to give him the snswers but cant remeber his name. Can u help me??

Also I thought i was entitled to 2 free followups??

Hello madam,
Luckily I got the chance to answer your question. It is good that you have started taking vitamin B 12 shots. I would suggest you to take 10 injections then shift to oral doses.
I would also suggest you to take calcium and vitamin D3 regularly.
You have not mention if Ra factor is positive , but even if it is normal , I would recommend you to take HCQ and SAAZ after discussing with a rheumatologist.
All these drugs along with strong aniinflammatory like Piroxicam will help in this type of pain.
Avoid cold temperature, use hot water bath .
