Brief Answer:
You need to walk regularly in the morning.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. A HbA1c level indicates the average level of blood sugar over last 3 months. In your case it is 7.8 which is pretty high, indicating that your blood sugar levels have been out of control for a pretty long time. Under such a condition my vote would be for Insulin injection regularly. I understand that it might sound cumbersome but if you want to protect your organs, that is the way out. Else, it is just a matter of time before they start failing one by one. The choice is yours. Ayurvedic products can be used but only in addition to the medication suggested. If you were really in favour of Ayurvedic products, you should have started taking them for maintaining overall health, long before you diabetes was detected. Now is not the right time to start looking for Ayurvedic products. They could definitely give you a healthy life but the time has passed. Rather, it is now time for lifestyle modification in order to maintain health. You need to walk daily and the amount is like 10,000 steps a day. This is the best way to bring your blood sugar levels. You need no Ayurvedic medicine to be able to do that.

Sorry for stating bluntly but you need to understand the gravity of the situation.

Feel free to write back.

Brief Answer:
Keep up with your efforts

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. It is great to hear that you are walking on regular basis. It is the best thing that you can do to control your diabetes. Continue to take the medicine regularly. Take small meals though at lesser intervals. Avoid raw sugars and increase the amount of fiber rich foods. Monitor your HbA1c at 3-6 monthly intervals. I am sure that everything will go fine.
