What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: I have suspected MS and have had the results of my blood test and lumbar puncture but I don't get to see my neurologist until November. I want to know what the results mean
I have also had a spine and brain mri but I haven't seen those results

B2GP1, cardiolipin, dsDNA, ANA antibodies, ACE - all normal/negative
ESR 3, B12, folate, FBC - all normal
TFT, glucose 3.1, U&E, LFT normal
Lupus anticoagulant - POSITIVE (have recommended re-test in 12 weeks)
Short clotting screen - normal
CSF glucose 3.2, protein 0.48 marginally raised
CSF WBC 2, RBC 0
CSF oligoclonal bands - POSITIVE

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Oligoclonal bands in a CSF study are found positive in 90-95% of the patients with multiple sclerosis, but alone are not diagnostic about this condition.

Positive oligoclonal bands in CSF prove that the patient has a chronic inflammatory CNS condition.

Even though the lupus anticoagulant resulted positive, it may have been a false positive result, because other tests don't show anything to point towards central nervous system lupus.

MRI of the brain and spinal cord results are crucial in achieving a correct diagnosis in your case, so, please upload them.
