Brief Answer:
Hello. Report is normal

Detailed Answer:
Bello dear. I have gone through the details.

SGOT and SGPT reports are normal and there is no need to worry. We take readings up to 30 as normal.

There is no evidence of cancer in this report. Similarly, protein is just mildly elevated and is normally can be seen.

If the total protein level is normal do you need to do an SPE blood test. And if you have a normal TP could a SPE blood test still come out abnormal?

Brief Answer:
Hello. SPE is indicated when albumin globulin ratio is reversed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. SPE (Serum protein electrophoresis) is done when the albumin globulin ratio is reversed. In your case, ratio is normal. So no suspicion of myeloma.
