Brief Answer:
Gastritis or pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern towards your symptoms.
1) Your all blood investigation are within normal range except, Amylase and Lipase which are slightly elevated.
2) Do you have stomach pain? Do you have habit of alcohol consumption?
3) As you mentioned you are experiencing hyperacidity, these slight elevation in these tests might be due to severe gastritis, i.e. inflammation (redness and swelling) of inner layer of stomach.
4) Another possibility for these elevated values is inflammation to pancreas (Pancreatitis). But this produce severe pain which is absent in your case.
5) Thus to reach confirmed diagnosis, I would recommend you to undergo USG abdomen (for pancreas) first and if it comes normal then go ahead with upper GI endoscopy.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubt then I would be happy to help.
Have a nice day!

Brief Answer:
Possible to have GERD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for late reply.
If you have habit of alcohol drinking then you might have alcohol related gastritis, which is responsible for hyperacidity symptoms.
Absence of pain initially rule out alcohol related pancreatitis but on safe side and to rule out pancreatitis as differential diagnosis, I would suggest you to undergo USG abdomen.
You can discontinue Tab Rifagut in absence of symptoms related to indigestion (abdominal heaviness after food intake, loose stool).
If you have not done endoscopy in past then it is advisable to do upper GI endoscopy once to confirm findings related to GERD or gastritis as both have same symptoms.
