Brief Answer:
Do you have previous kidney tests? Are you diabetic?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your results fully.

1. The creatinine and GFR are certainly not the best but lies just somewhere above the normal values. If you have previous results, it would be helpful to compare and see how much time the change has been. In absolutely terms, it is just about getting concerning...Falling out of the normal expected range.

2. The A1C is higher than expected. However, if you are diabetic, this is normal. If you are not known to be diabetic, I will suggest that you get a control in 3months. If it stays this high, we may need to thoroughly evaluated for diabetes.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Hope to hear back from you at your earliest convenience.
