Question: my wife thalassemia minor she got problem like weakness headache joints cramp every morning hear i also attached her vitamin B12 & D report can't find any proper diagnosis for the problem please guide me

Weakness and joint cramps mentioned by you is possibly due to vitamin D deficiency.
Vitamin B 12 levels are within normal biological range.
I suggest you to consult your physician for prescription of vitamin D.
Vitamin D needs to be taken weekly for 2 months and then again vitamin D levels need to be monitored.
In addition, please observe your symptoms of weakness and joint cramps.
They should disappear as vitamin D is replenished.
Thalassemia minor is characterized which is usually asymptomatic.
